Shipping policy

We partner with premium local courier networks to ensure your packages are handled with care and delivered securely across Egypt.

Processing: Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Cairo & Giza Delivery: 2 to 3 business days from order confirmation.
Other Governorates / Coastal Areas: 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Please note: Original shipping fees are paid directly to the logistics partner and are strictly non-refundable in the event of a standard return or exchange.

No Doorstep Try-Ons: For security and logistics efficiency, couriers are strictly prohibited from waiting for customers to try on garments at the door. All sizing adjustments or change-of-mind requests must be processed through our standard 14-day Returns Hub.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Our couriers will attempt delivery up to two times. If an order is rejected at the door without a valid reason or the customer is unreachable, we reserve the right to restrict Cash on Delivery (COD) privileges for future drops.
