Refund policy
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
To prevent fraud and abuse, we enforce a strict quality check. Your request will be automatically rejected if the item fails any of the following conditions:

Zero Signs of Wear: The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors, perfume, or deodorant stains.

Original Tags Attached: All brand tags and labels must be completely intact and attached exactly as delivered. Cut or re-attached tags will not be accepted.

Original Packaging: Items must be returned inside their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide your original order number or invoice.
Damaged or Defective Items

Mandatory Investigation: If you claim an item arrived damaged or defective, it must be sent back to our hub for a thorough inspection.

Final Decision: After our technical team completes the investigation, we will decide whether to approve or reject the claim. If we determine the damage was caused by customer mishandling or wear, the return will be denied, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
Return Process & Fees

Shipping Cost: The customer covers the courier shipping fee for standard returns and exchanges.

No Doorstep Refunds: Our courier will collect the item and bring it back to our hub. We do not issue refunds or exchanges on the spot at the doorstep. The item must pass our internal inspection first.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds for online payments go back to your card. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via InstaPay or Bank Transfer only.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of being worn, washed, or intentionally altered.
